For the last 29 years, Cable has been involved in 500+ lease transactions, management of over 1,000,000 square feet of commercial space, and the purchase/sale of office, retail, and industrial properties.

 

Before entering commercial real estate, Cable was a member of the late United States Senator Lloyd Bentsen’s staff and served as executive assistant to former Railroad Commissioner Arthur “Buddy” Temple. Cable and his family have resided in Lakeway, Texas since 1995.
